The first thing i do when i have a sick fish even before i know whats wrong.... is get them out of your main tank and isolate them.

A small tank is all ways good for a hospital tank...cheap to keep set up and cheap to dose with meds.

from what i can see of your peacock i would say some sort of internal parasite...worms most likely.

for worms i use BIG Ls pig and poltry wormer.

good luck.

Id agree to feed more - looking more at the other fish - and considering the clown loaches and synodontis catfish are out n about with the lights on - they are searching for food..... The other cichlids look a bit thin comparatively.

There will always be one fish that either does not eat enough, or has absorption issues.... But feeding a bit more might help these problems....
