This just gets worse by the day, looking at a couple of the bristlenose and they are now covered in white spot, used the blue planet white spot treatment and the prescribed amount, 25ml for 200 litres, turned off the lights and heat up to 29 degrees.

Just had a look at one of the effected bristlenose who hides in some wood and I could see some of the white spot had fallen off and onto the wood.

How long before I do another treatment?

Do I dose the same amount again?

How long before treatments?

Once treatment has finished do I need to completely empty and clean the tank, rocks and wood?

Cheers

Temp to 31 for starters. Id treat with salt at 6ppt unless bn's object to salt... dont think they do. Also continue treatment with blue planet as per the directions.
Full dose again after the prescribed period.
Once treatment is finished just water change out at usual water changes

as above high temp - avoid salt catfish generally dont like it.... basic salt sodium chloride is not recommended... i got a different salt from olley at aquotix many years ago to dose catfish with but i cant remember which salt it was....

just use triple sulphur or a medication off the shelf that treats whitespot... and use as per label.... and at half doses if you have scaleless fish like clown loaches....
