Pleco That Won't Disturb Plants Or Aquascape

Hi All,

Just wondering what a nice, reasonably inexpensive pleco that would be fine in a 3 foot planted would be..

I was thinking of a L168 or Peppermint Bristlenose but not sure if these won't disturb the plants?

otto's not bns they get to big and snap stem plants/ damage leaves

i cant think of any plecos that destroy plants :) well not the plants i use anyway :)
