Pump water into an IBC.

Move tanks.

Insulate (wont take long with two good hands)

Put tanks back.

Pump water in.

Job done.

So much easier to type isnt it?

Wait for a day where morning temp the following day is 9'c like a cloudy morning.
Drop water in tanks by 60%,, get mates to move stands with tanks in by shuffling.
Just enough to slip foam sheeps in.
If no alternative to tight joins,,, then leave gaps and use expanding foam in a can from bunnings,, you just spray it in and it expands and dries like polystyrene, and has equal insulative value.

Standing a sheet upright is 2.4 high, you cut to required height with Stanley.
It will be 1.2m,,,, you cut it into 600mm wide strips to fit in behind tanks and join back together,,, you can even cut into 400mm wide strips to get 3 out of the 1.2m sheet and rejoin.

I was hoping to keep them at 1200 wide and make them run the full height of the shed which is 2000 it's not going to be easy lol

Not a whole lot to loose if joining.
If it makes it easier or just plain doable,,,, then cutting them up is fine,

Yeah I guess so I just thought I would be easier to wedge in to place if they are longer

Only cut them if you can't get them in,,,, other wise yes,, leave them as full pieced as possible.

So today I ended up getting the polystyrene for the shed found an ad on gumtree for some 75mm thick stuff so hopefully that works :)

That is excellent, you'll be surprised how well it works.
Remember, expect the power meter to tick over a bit for a few days regardless of heating method.
The stiffness will make it a little harder,,, but get a can of expandable foam from bunnings,,,, and fill all gaps when finished.
Make sure you have a big rag,,, as it can get messy.
