I'll bring along a meat cleaver for you Johnno, i'm sure we can squeeze your RTC into several tanks.

Yup I went and I did win a bit of stuff, ciaran did a very good talk on shrimp and the roast rolls Az made were delicious

Thanks for the kind words people, My partner Jayde did it all though She started cooking the roast at 7:30am yesterday. Slow cooked all day.

Maybe we'll look at doing something again for the next meeting... Depends if we have time.

do it kiwi style, make a hungi out of a keg, then u can slow cook a heap of meat at once, the club can purchase a cheap bayamarie for like $50
