Wife Bought A Cichlid, Species Id Help

The wife got a few replacements for the tank while i was away for work, i like to know what specie i have in the tank, unfortunately she couldn't remember the name of this guy, see if you can help out or atleast point me in the right direction.

Great thanks guys, i did come across this specie but i thought his bars seemed a lot more prominant than any source/pic i could find, maybe just a juvie thing? Im keen to see what he'll become.

Placidochromis Phenochilus "Gissel" is another possibility.  Perhaps contact the people she got it from and ask what they have in stock?
