Black On Oscar Fins

have a 40cm oscar and he's getting black patches on all his fins and tail whats that all about?

First off what type of Oscar is it tiger,red,albino ?

Firstly how long has your tank been established ?
The black spots are they furry ?
Really need the water parameters
Could be ammonia burn but could be wrong
Could very well be his pattern lol
