Just thought I would share a picture of the new addition to our tank. A green carpet Anemone.

got it from Perth Aquarium and Display centre in Wangara.

 

It has grown heaps since then, very happy and healthy

Stop it Tony... You'll make me jealous and I'll have to set up another marine tank.. Looks great! You just need another snail to clean the slime of the snail in the background! :)

Looks like the tank is nice and healthy :)

Couple of tech questions..
are you running a chiller?
what additives are you using if any?
What skimmer are you running?

Seems to be doing well, over two years old now.

I don't have a chiller, fortunate that my house does not get to warm in summer and any really bad days I just use frozen water in coke bottles to keep it just under.

Only additives I am using are for Calcium, Reef fuel with iodine and occasional Magnesium supplement. Take my water to be fully tested regularly and general tests myself for the main things, and weekly water changes.

 

Cant remember the name but its a big aquaone one, does a nice job once settled. Takes a few days to settle down once cleaned.
