What's your ph reeding at. Must be bloody low to have to bump it up.
When I used bio chem zorb it cleared the tank in bout 4 days and the log in my tank had never been used in an aquarium before.

Look forward to seeing s few pics.

when i took the firemouth and swapped him for the red hump, aquotix tested my water and told me the ph was at 6.4 i believe they said .... now keep in mind this is exactly 7 days after putting the fish in ... and the day i put the fish in, the water was 7.0

hmm, ive heard once bio chem has absorbs the tannins it can it doesnt do any more... just sits there ... do you think my bio chem has be used up? and the woods still leaching? ... i may get some more this weekend and see if that helps ... ive got 2 big pieces of wood ... and 2 or 3 small bits in the tank ...

pics not the best due to tannins and iphone, and 4' light ..... also the centre pieces of wood ... was actually 2 big pieces, with a little one sitting on top ... i have now removed the small one on top, it felt to cluttered

Hood shouldnt be too far away ... i hope ... the guy making them isnt answering his phone so aquotix cant find out where it is ...
