Eoi: 1,000l Corner Tank
05 January 2010 - 09:08 PM
G'day all,
Looking for an approximate price for my pride and joy tank. I'm moving down south so I need to sell it in the next two/three weeks or it goes into storage. The tank was custom built by a lovely fella at Veba's less than a year ago. It was designed to fit an old fireplace corner in my house. It stands on a very very strong custom built black metal stand (thank you cobby) with 5 ply wood and 2 inch foam. It's heavy so with me you will need another two to get it into a trailer / van. The stand is 80cm tall with 2" thich steel, black powder coated. It is not too heavy.
I would rather sell it all in one go. Please pm me with offers / questions or if you would like to come and see it (or viid@iinet.net.au ). I will chuck in a portable air pump if you want so you can take the fish without hassle.
The dimensions are:

09 July 2009 - 02:15 PM
For sale 2 Oscars. Had since they were 3-4cm and now are 10-11cm and 14-15cm approximately. Eat flakes and pellets and will jump out of the water to grab cubes of blood worms out of your hand (must have lids). No idea of gender. $60 ono. From memory i beleive the Vebas guy said they were "tiger" colour variety. apologies for the low quality photos
