Have a look on Aquagreen:

Unfortunately we can't ship to WA as he is NT based, even though plenty of what he supplies is from the north end of our state.

Adam,

Are you referring to Florabase?
https://florabase.dpaw.wa.gov.au/
Maybe I havent used it properly but unless you know the species you are looking for its not real helpful. Cant search for "aquatic". I think you have to browse through the library of species... Seems a lot like hard work. If there is an easier way, id love to know.
There was a document put together called "SlimeBook" or something similar.I never found a PDF of it but apparently it can be purchased... I'll try and find a reference for it tonight.
Interesting question though mate. I have been asking the same question a lot recently... Seems that no one can provide a comprehensive reference or list of Aquatic Plants that occur naturally in WA.

Not strictly WA but ANGFA runs a database

Scumbook link

This key takes a little while to get hang of but will help identify most of the plants you are able to find
