Whats A Good Depth

whats a good depth for your growbeds ?

what have people been using and any drawbacks they have found ??

300mm.
Any less there isn't enough root depth.
Any more you limit plant growth area for limited gain for the amount of media you are using.

I like the idea of a deep pond, then using plants in pots and raised to the desired height.

Give you options to move plants around, easily clip them, etc.
