That looks awesome Scotty.

What are you gonna keep?

Noob question: why do you have so many inlets?

The pro3 cannisters have 2 inlets each , I figured I'd use them all and collect the waste from a broader area

Stock will be a Saratoga , 4 feather fins and a couple of tandanus for now

Makes sense.

That sounds good - did you manage to find the saratoga or are you still looking?

I assume that is a universal rock background? They are awesome and look so real.

Using any substrate of going bare bottom? If I can recommend anything, go the 2mm Gilbet midnight gravel (same as in my tank) from Vebas. It will be cheap to cover the entire surface of the bottom of your tank and it looks awesome.

I love Gilbert Midnight.

Scott, is the spiderman mask so the fish can't pick you out in a line up?

Yeah I found one and already paid a deposit ,

Tahitian moon sand is already in the post from aoa.

The background is indeed universal rock

The tank and cabinet are from vebas , I couldn't go past the price of the imported gear .

Nice one mate.

A group of red hooked silver dollars or tinfoiled barbs would look great in that tank.

Tandanus tandanus , the bigger version (google it youll see some whoppers) tandanus rendahls is the smaller version , universal rock was about $360 + 4-6 tubes of black silicone .

I did see the tarpon , not really

Lesson one- when you think you have rinsed new Ehiem media enough , you haven't ! Water is cloudy as !!! One of the filters has cycled media in it , the other has bran new media in it ....... The fine powder on the media has turned my water very cloudy ...... Fish don't seem to mind anyway . Ammo and nitrite are still both a zero

I don't know what I like more?

The tank or the fact that I wasn't needed to help lift the bastard into position. Great job!
