If you're referring to the lizard like fish they are Polypterus Endlicheri or Tiger Bichir.[/quote]
They can fetch from about $300 for fry up to $500+ for large specimens private sale that is, in the shops I've heard theyve got up to $1300 over east.

closer shot of the jardini's, (these two guys have been together for about a month and have shown no sign of aggression towards each other. they move everywhere together, thinking of a third )
had this fella in with the jar's and he made them piss. beat them up a bit too much so i had to take him out. he's sitting in a much smaller tank atm.
have a smaller toga and some pbass but too small to capture on phone camera. 8O

just think that if you have any chance of them pairing off, surely those chances would be increased by losing the barra...
also... two awesome toga's and a barra? doesnt sound right...
would look wikid just having those two togas imo...

i was suprised aswell, i kept a close eye on them for the first few days incase anything happened but nothing as yet. the smaller one is actually my friends who needed to house him somewhere as he was doing a tank upgrade. the one on the lhs is about 45cm, the other is only 30cm. just my bad angle and camera work making them look the same.
as with the barra, old mans idea.. its actually restaurant barra, not hobby type.. if theres a difference
