I like to think they have! I am going to get some of the bigger chilli red pellets from Aquotix. They seem to have worked great in my African display! I would love to see the Synspilum coloured up nice!!

Finally think I'm happy with the amount/type of fish I have in the tank. Had to chop and change/remove a couple of females. Now everyone seems to be living in harmony.

I also have a ray pup on the way. Hopefully be sent week after next. I'll be creating a jig at the top of one side of the tank to raise him/get him feeding so he'll be able to compete from food. Had some very good advice and help from Buccal. Thanks mate.

Going to take some time out and take some nice photos with my SLR. Will post in photo section when done. But for now here's a few pics of everyone settled in.

Cool. Yeah this one looked a bit better before the snook figured out it would fit in its mouth... 3HRs later when he got spat out he was still fighting other fish.

His tail is slowly growing back. Amazing colour! I think it's a female. I'm not a fan off the massive kok.

Need to buy a new lense. Not enough room in my shed to get any decent full tank pics on my camera.

The ID shark has settled in great now and no longer has any damage to his sides or nose and is eating well!

Also I took a big piece of wood out that was crumbling away and taking up to much of the tank.

iPhone is the only way I can get a full photo at the moment!

Cheers man!

Mine would be about that size I guess. But I have had him since it was about the size of a cigarette lighter and it has grown up with other fish. Did your mate get his when it was big or baby?

The little ray is sick man! Put him in my 6x2 with the Bass. "chucked a few pics and a video in the photo section before" He was going to take to long to get to the size I wanted before I realised him in there. When he gets big enough I'll put him in there. But for now I am enjoying watching him cruise round in the tank in my room. He is so active all the time and eats out of my hand. Even will just come for a pat. Best fish!

Yeah it's fine. In a separate tank with some Trimacs and Geos growing out. Tails about half grown back!

Took a couple more photos last night. So annoying I can't get a full tank shot at the moment haha!
