Are they predatory fish? Will they get along in a community tank? Or will they eat most smallish fish (say 4-5 cms)? I saw one at LFS that was about 30cms and was considering it....

They are predatory, nocturnal so whilst they may seem quite placid during lights on, its at night when they become very active.

I've had smaller fish in my community tank with them and unfortunately they do go missing, I cant say if it is soley the BGK as I do have an African Butterfly fish as well.

I'd advise against smaller fish like neons, rummy nose, etc.
