You'd need a huge tank for a school from looking at the size they grow and reading up. I am planing on building a bigger tank and I would love for nothing more than to have a school of bigP Bass in there!!!
I got 4 a week ago to grow out. Woke up one morning and two had been eaten "i have been power feeding and doing daily water changes" so there couldnt have been that hungry! The two I still have now are smashing food and loving life.
I've never kept them til now. Still very small and I know they arent the eaisest to raise from fry. But from that "incident" I'd say they like to be kept in pairs especially.
