Got a few species in the Swan, plus the Swan river goby is pretty common throughout much of southern WA, as is the Southwestern goby.

Or are you talking about garden variety aquaria species? I rarely see freshwater gobies for sale, the only species I've seen at LFS's are desert gobies, bumblebees and "dwarf bumblebees". Saltwater gobies, on the other hand, are pretty common, and there are loads of species available.

Only beachrock mangrove gobies available at the moment.

Aquagreen often have gobies too.

If you’re after Swan River gobies, you shouldn’t have much trouble. Pretty much any waterway in less than 1 foot of water on sand... easy with a little scoop net at night with a torch.

Fish market Reserve around the boat ramp... just on dark with a torch... you’ll get plenty in an hour.
