I just run out of Flake Food last week, and saw on Facebook that Aqua-Pics are going to be selling Flake Food soon.

I managed to order it from an Eastern States supplier of Aqua-Pics products, and when I receive it, I'll post my thoughts on it.

Looking for something different to try from Sera Flora, which in my opinion is the best flake food available.

Interested to hear your thoughts as like you I am an avid Sera Flora user but happy to try any other high quality competitors. What was the pricing for it?

It cost me $40 for a 1 litre (200g) tub (inc. Postage) so isn't "cheap".

Pretty sure Sera Flora was about $35 for a similar size last time I purchased that

I've used generic flake which is cheaper again.

Got some fish from that German Import that Morley Aquariums placed, so I want to try different food on them

Also run out of flake food, so thought it was a good opportunity to give something different a crack

Fish seem to be pretty keen to eat it. They usually only get NLS Thera +A pellets (in 1mm and 2mm pellet size) but are happy enough to eat this flake too. Usually when I feed my fish just NLS they aren't interested in anything else. The fact they are eating it is encouraging for me. A couple of Angel Fish started fighting after I fed them last time. I should take a video of it next time, as it was pretty cool to watch.

I'm also going to try the AoA Algae wafers, as I ordered them last night to try something different. I still think the HBH Algae Grazers are the best on the market, but I'm always keen to try something different

Take a video of me eating it? Dare me and I might

I took a video of the fish being fed last night, but all I ended up filming was my fat and hairy fingers, so I won't be sharing that

Yeah I'm definately a fan. The fish are eating it very quickly. They used to get small NLS pellets, but now that they have had the flake a bit, they are eating it very enthusiastically. I find that their tummy is full for longer, so I now only feed my fish every 2nd day with this stuff. The cheaper flake I used to use (which is also good) didn't keep the fish full for as long. I'm happy with it.

Oops probably helps if I add a link to the food if anyone is interested in purchasing it:

Apologies for not putting the links up earlier on
