Hey'all!

Here is a brand new clean topic for this year's comp.

You can write or comment any tank on here, so please DO NOT post on someone's topic.. let's try to keep them clean and easy to read, so everybody and the judges have a nice time reading them, instead of having to flick through many "good job", "tanks look good", etc, comments.

I have locked momentarily all the past comp topics, I want to move them all in a "2015 Aquascaping Comp" folder, so if anybody wants to

keep them alive, they can, without creating a mess on this section with the last year and this year comp. I will unlock them once one of the Admin creates the new section. It might take a couple of months, :P :P

Stay tuned and start thinking about your new tank!

Mattia

Old aquascaping comp entries from 2015 have been moved to sub-forum here - http://www.perthcich...hp?showforum=97

Good luck for 2016 everyone!

One usually has to go over board with pictures to get the good ones,,,, end up with few more good pics, plug m up, why not.
That last pic is excellent.

Love the picture too, but please guys don't comment on this topic.
There's a topic in the section where everyone can comment and have a chat about members journal :)

I'll try to move these two comments there once you guys have read this. Thanks ! :D

sigh waiting for my tank to come in still.

also do you guys have any recommendations for Co2 systems?

I was just gonna get the ADA one from the perth aquarium gallery, it uses disposable co2 bottles though.

still think we should have comment sections for each entry - going to get difficult to keep track of otherwise

Fishroom had a Co2 kit I think Chocky, but I think GoTroppo is cheapest for Co2 stuff. Not sure about the quality though. Thanks MM, I cant wait to get everything properly scaped too - Gonna be interesting with the fish though!

Chocky I have 2 co2 systems from Aquotix. One is on a 6x2x2 and the other is on a 2 footer. Both systems have a bottle, regulator and controller on them. Big tank has inline diffuser and little tank has in tank diffuser. The controller for the little tank is from AGP, but the rest of the gear is from Aquotix. You are welcome to swing past one day to check it out if you like.

Looking great so far Bailey, that driftwood looks awesome in there! Can't wait to see it fully setup and how you want it. Great to have another competitor :)

Great job Bailey! There's a lot of plants from the amazon, do your researches and study and I'm sure you'll find plenty around ;)

Love the South American cichlids, lots of interesting species!!

The more I see natives the more impressed I am at them every fish has a different body shape unlike most cichlids

Had to LOL at MM85's "ransom note" name tag at the end.
