I was cleaning my canister filter before and noticed that its been over taken by this weird moss stuff.
Does anyone know what its called?
Is it a good thing to have in my canister filter, will it over tank my tank if it gets inside?
Lastly if it is good to have in filter would u recommend that I put some of the media into my other canister filters to seed them?

I've seen these on another forum before. Not hydra or anything. Freshwater *somethings* May have been called Freshwater Anenomes, not 100% though. Quite rare in aquaria. Have to have the perfect parameters to suit them. Also pretty sure that they're not harmful. Don't know much about them, just going off what I think I remember. Hopefully someone else will know more  :)
