Hi guys, I am new to cichlids and am really enjoying the fun that comes along with this fantastic hobby!

I have set up a 5x2x1.5 foot tank and have the following fish:

Metriaclima sp. msobo Msobo Magunga 'deep'

Rusty Cichlid (Iodotropheus sprengerae)
Electric Yellow Cichlids (Labidochromis Caeruleus)
Metriaclima lombardoi
Red-top-hongi (Labidochromis hongi)
Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos Maingano

5 of each with 2 Hongis and a nice sailfin pleco.

I will need to remove my hongis when they grow a bit as i dont want cross breeding with the yellows and I know the lombardois are bullies but the tank is progressing nicely while they are all young!

Lots of colour and fun so far and the little guys have so much personality!

I am attaching a few pics of my tank!

Oh, and a clown loach ;) He is called JJ..Jaws Junior as Jaws tragically passed around 18 months ago! He was a fair bit bigger on introduction from my little tropical tank but he keeps his own and lives in one of the large shells now!
