Why oh why do we get so ingrained into what we think others do or don't do. Gentlemen, Ladies cool your heals...life goes on.
There is no need for personal attact or insinuations of one person or the other. I have purchased from Brett and Adam and I believe both do the hobby a wonderful service, thanks for that.
The post is about LFS struggling to survive, and its not those that sell fish on PCS or other web based sites, it is technology and our advancement in procuring fish and product we persoanlly want that has opened new doors to all of us, including the lfs.
Diversification is the retail game unfortunatley many will not or just won't get onboard.
I remember when computers first came out and really shook the world, jobs wages livlyhoods all seemed lost, but look at the younger generation today computers everywhere, its not going away, everything is online for all of us....Use it or loose it...an old saying but a true one...Some of our sponsors are wising up....

I understand where everyone is coming from with supporting your lfs as so they and their expieriance won't dwindle off and die but the "supermarket" argument is flawed. If it ends up only being chain retail outlets left then avid and hardcore keepers and collectors will just have to think outside the box and source from supplies over the net and from private sellers. The hobby will never die even if the stores do. I support my lfs at every occasion but do also realize that it's not the end of the world if they are no longer around, as sad as that would be if it ever does come to fruition
