every divorce i have ever witnessed, be it family, friends, workmates.

the guy, who lets say, worked 50 hours a week, to provide for his wife n kids, ends up thrown out of the house HE paid for, lost 1/2 or more of the posessions HE brought, lost his entire bank account. over $100,000 and also she took his work shares(bhp billiton) worth over 100k. and THEN went and got a child support order forcing him to pay 1800 a fortnight, for 2 kids.

thats one example of 6 i could tell you. divorce/child support, etc is completely bias to the female side. and thats just facts..

but sorry, got off topic, it sux about the shop closing down tho :/

Women want to be treated fairly how can we do that when women take us to court and take everything want to be treated fairly split it 50/50 it would be nice like I said no offense jus sucks because a LFS has closed because of this , that's all I'm saying I don't want to look like I'm a bad guy cause I'm not everyone has different opinions

I stay at home and look after our 2 kids, cook and clean all day, do the runs to school and shopping. My wife works and has paid for everything we own. Its not fun being the home body. Might seem easy if you do it once in a while, but day in day out it is draining. If we ever did part ways, I'd be going for 50% of everything too.

This thread has derailed, and is going no where good.

and there will be more to come too! sorry to say!!!

back off track for a second i always tell my missus shes entitled to half of everything i own... now lets start with them bullets over there... just wait i need to load them first!!! lol.....

a little more serious... the courts need to decide what was owned by each party before marriage should go back to the original owner outright.... and everything obtained while they were married should be split 50/50... you cant be any fairer than that i reckon....

a couple i know through a friend over east had a bad marriage split up... and the guy strangled his wife during a physical encounter.... he spent 12 months in jail/protective custody and was released with a suspended 10 year sentence... and during the next ten years he isnt allowed to get married/engaged or have a partner in his place of residence... pretty strong conditions with 10 years jail hanging over your head... and has to report to his local police station once a week and within an hour of being asked to by phone on a random basis....

but at the end of day he still owns everything.... smile.gif

sorry back on lfs now !!!

sad to see but hopefully it will strengthen the shops left behind!!!
