Partly. As I understand with knock's idea the whole front was a removable piece where as mine is still hinged at each side with a small piece in the middle.

That helps alex but lm thinking with a small change by havea standred door hinge on the bottoms of the doors. so doors drop down to a 90° angle with gas struts holding it at 90 and on the front the wood will run from the edge of the stand to the middle and meeting the second door.

can i suggest using some oprah door hinges ???

or use a standard hinge and fit it so its pivot point is further out from steel frame to allow it to meet the wood cladding on its outer edge... prob cheapest option...

Just a thought wouldn't down make it hard to take full canisters in and out for cleaning purposes and also create a lot of ware on the front edge of the timber on the floor ?

nah there will be a gap between wood and floor.. its hard to hinge from the top and its even harder to hide them aswell.. there are 2 doors aswell. it shouldnt be hard to get filter out.

I mean the top edge of the door surely it will get scuffed from resting on the ground when open.
Canisters like 2080 are bloody to get out even with normal doors.

Built bloody well looks a treat smile.gif
