Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I believe it's free to advertise in the Quokka, so why not have our little piece in the' Pets - Wanted' section?

Good idea, will look into that.

At this stage I have recieved calls and have found new homes for 5 D. Strigatus. 1 Unknown zebra, 5 Maingano, 3 Electric yellows, I northern blue and nearly 100 med to large goldfish from a pond closing down.

Hopefully the system continues to work as awell as it has been. A number of these fish have been handed into local shops, I have collected a few and Malaga has actually sent someone out to pick up some from a home.

I've added Aquarium City to the list. Gavin is happy to rehouse unwanted fish.

Good work Tony & others.

It might pay us to mention the number of fish that have been rehoused when we meet with the Swan River Trust.

As a matter of interest, roughly how many have been rehoused?

Cheers

It is difficult to be precise as after the inital contact many people will then bring the fish to a local shop in return for store credit. The number we have physically rehoused we are looking at approx 130 fish, including 100 goldfish.
