This month's speaker is Mathew Hourston from the Western Australian Department of Fisheries.

Mathew will be presenting a talk he gave to the 2010 International River Symposium titled:

Native and feral fish distribution in enclosed lakes and wetlands of the southern Swan Coastal Plain

Along with Chris Bird, Mathew extensively sampled the closed water bodies of the coastal plain to determine both the levels of infestation by pest fish and the occurrence of native fish.

Mathew will not only describe his data, but will present his analysis and conclusions for future study and action.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday 12th June - details can be found on our web page

Yeh sounds good - is there an application form or can I sort that out on the night?

Going good - roughly 15 names now.

That would be great smile.gif

You can grab a membership form on our webpage, or there'll be some at the meeting

ANGFA NAT and state branches are run separately, as they have different focuses and objectives.
