Up from down south for day and chasing adult malaiwins, mooris yellows cobolt blues etc, where's a good shop to visit?

Depends on what neck of the woods your kicking in for the day. If south there are lots of options. Aquotix, vebas, equaria (gosnels aquarium), avid aquaria? etc.
If North then there's really only Morley aquariums, Robs aquarium for African cichlids.

Yep robs had what I was chasing, made a pit stop at aquotix on way home
