I've got a small garden pond out the front of my house. Thought I'd chuck some pics up. Nothing flash but I like it.
So show us your garden pond.

^ Yum. Female Bettas would be cool but I'm not sure if they'd survive winter or if you'd see em. I wonder if there are any american cichlids that would survive....

I have kept bettas in a 45cm deep 1200l well planted outdoor pond for 2 winters. They do survive but probably just. They do recover to breed in the warmer months.^ Yum. To me, Koi are the only thing decent fish to put in ponds and stingrays!! both always look great from above - and no not together

It probably could work, my understanding though is Koi don't prefer heated water as rays do, and id be concerned as to wether the koi may suck the slime coat on the stingrays......
Plus the combo sounds pretty crappy. A ray pond with aros or saratogas would be a great idea otherwise.
Ill do it, if some one wants to help fund it

I tried them once, caught out of a river in/near serpentine which was relatively fast flowing. They tasted terrible at best!
NEVER AGAIN..... haha
