Memberships - Issues, Queries Etc

There may have been mis communication as none of our customers have ever mention they were members or show their ID, in the future we are more then happy to provide to all the members the discount to all our products except for the glass tanks as agreed upon, provided everyone display their membership cards.

I suggest to all club members to show their cards to the sponsors when making a purchase.
This may not have been the case in this situation, but I would like to highlight that you should produce it.
I still do at Aquotix & Vebas, they both know me and know that I'm a member here but I still like to show them.

I used to show it at city barn, but don't need to now. Same with Rob's

yeah because rob's is new you need to make sure you show your membership card in order to make sure you receive the discount because they wont be able to just guess it ....

If you don't show them your membership card then that's your loss, you can't expect them to be mind readers. Show them your card if you want a 10% discount, it's not hard.

If you've recently purchased a membership please understand there will be a little delay in processing from our end. Cam has resigned from committee and dicky7 or Richard is taking over the membership duties. It will take Richard a little while to get up to speed once he receives the stuff he needs from Cam but if you guys can direct membership enquiries to him now it will make the job a lot easier.
