Looks like Zebra but maybe diluted..
I see what Riggers says on Nkali, but too many dots on tail and lips.
Looks like Maylandia estherae but with a morph.
I see what Sandgroper says with metriaclima, but the bottom jaw is so extended and the hump.. i think you have a hybrid.

Common name would be a Blue Zebra. As far as species goes hard to tell unless you have the females too? If they're orange then estherae. Safer to leave in the unknown category and keep for display only.
