Hey all just wondering who has there own home made remedys / treatments ?

The last couple months I've been cutting around 2inches from my Aloe plant squeezing it through a garlic press and putting the aloe juice straight in the tank... diy stress coat.

I also add 1/4 tea spoon of garlic mince to blood worms once a week it's supposed to increase fish appetite aswell its a natural anti-bacterial.

My fish are loving the Aloe

Not some thing I have used, but this what I've read-

Natural Anti-parasite Foods for Fish Food Recipes:

Pineapple – The enzyme bromelain is the anti-parasite component in Pineapple. Other fruit commonly recommended includes papaya, pomegranate and blackberries

diluted pure tea tree oil = poor mans melafix....... just watch the dosage rates and what type of fish used on

also have also used betadine on open fish wounds after knocking them out with clove oil, but again watch how much used and with most treatments use a quarantine tank as the filter often gets knocked out

+1 betadine does the trick, be careful not to get it in gills and what not.
