My cousin's Koi had a similar problem a couple of months back.
We added several rainbow trout which disappeared for a day to turn up dead the next.

Did a large water change along with cleaning out the pond and took a sample of water to test at Aquotix.

Turns out the ammonia and nitrates were through the roof.

Resolved the issue by doing 50% W/C with dechlorinated water with salts the first day, 30% for two consecutive days after and 30% every second day (a day or two until the water cleared up).
Also did a slight filter rinse sometime in there.

From the whitish tinge, it looks like the slime coat is irritated. It's puffier and more distinctly white around the borders of the scales.
Seachem Prime should provide some relief to the fish until the water chemistry is stable.

Definitely, do a large water change (less than 50%)  and get the water tested ASAP.

Hope it all goes well
