i have a truckload of motorbike frog tadpoles in my pond that i dont really want in there....

bring a bucket and grab some.....

correct me if im wrong you can move tadpoles but your not allowed to move frogs?????

within like 3km's or so is preferred i think.

Its not recommended to shift tadpoles more than 2 or 3 suburbs

thats interesting... although the motorbikes are found all over perth so i see no prob with transporting more than 2-3 suburbs.... come and get them!!!!

The #1 rule of the program is to not transport tadpoles very far from where their parents are from. This is to minimise the risk of spreading diseases and also avoids transporting species outside their natural range where they won't be able to cope with the new environmental conditions

Thats a pretty irresponsible attitude towards native species that are becoming more and more endangered.
This attitude of its ok to break or bend the rules as long as it suits me and stuff the consequences to anyone or anything is one of the problems of todays society and i would think a forum like this would take a more responsible attitude to this as IMO its simlar to allowing fish being dumped into creeks or rivers it all affects the native species.

that is THEIR opinion, is there any actual legalities? or more of a guideline?

I also have some motorbike tads if anyone interested locally

i'll be putting a large catty in the pond soon to clean them out.... they are in every one of my ponds and the little buggers eat the white cloud eggs....
be quick to grab some....
