oh you want silicone not glue

most silicone is OK to use inside of an aquarium the toxins are only released while its drying so once its dry there are no more toxins being released into the water

i use selys all clear if I'm going to do any silicone of rocks etc as its the clearest that there is and it is strong as hell

just make sure it is fully dry before adding it to the water or the water to it

if its for a structural purpose i would recommend dunlop roof gutter and pond repair bit expensive though

You can also get the stuff that is fish safe and can be applied straight into a a tank even when full of water and fish. I used it to install a back ground in a tank. comes in a few Differant colours I used black. Aquotix is where I got it from other sponsors may also have it. It's $45 a tube and called Gold label pond aquarium sealer.
Cheers.

super glue is also safe even when wet if you use the gel.
