they all do it.... every club has some sort of drug/alcohol culture attached to it....
i believe with all the heat west coast copped with cousins and gardner etc..... they are now one of the cleanest sides in the competion....

bit of a scrappy game last night but good to come away with the win. Brisbane are a pretty good team when they are playing full steam wouldn't be to surprised to see them in the top 8 next year

i dunno, I reckon a good preseason, less injuries, 1x B Fevola, 1x extra midfielder and lose all the useless players and the window for Freo is back open for 2-3 years. Would be nice for Pav, at least he was a loyal captain unlike the one we're gonna knock out of the finals.

juddy still has a place in loyal eagles hearts!!! he gave us 6 of his best years - now the blues have some good years ahead with him... dunno if they'll get 6 good ones though....
the only way you could take fevola in is to ban him from all liquor outlets and licensed premises and he gets a 24 hour a day minder..... and definitely no gambling allowed.....

Apparently Fev is squeeky clean and playing his heart out in the VFL, although over weight. He will get picked up next year but a move to Freo would be a bad move on his part. Freo should be a last option and there is some clubs screaming out for a forward option, he'll most likely go to the Demons.
Freo need to start in the board rooms and admin, cut all the dead beats and get some legitimate footy brains behind the scene before they start to sort things out on the field. You can write next year off they aren't any physical shape to be challenging for a premiership so why not iron out the massive flaws in the club now.
Daisy got 2 weeks and is not challenging the ban just incase it backfires and he is forced to miss most the finals.

johnno not a fan of juddy leaving, and I get y he did but name one brilliant west aussie that comes home to eagles or dockers in their prime?
Its always the vics that go home never the WA boys.
Remember in 2001 there were 2 other teams that passed on Juddy because of his shoulders, the eagles took a chance. He should of given more back to the club.

Agree Nick. As much a I dislike the dockers... I've got massive respect for pav, sticking it out with freo through thick and thin, and they have been mostly thin! Juddy jumped ship first sign of trouble. You don't agree to be the captain of a side then leave, it just isn't right, if he had any thoughts of leaving he shouldn't have accepted the captaincy.
