Any fool can buy a six foot tank and put a dovii/devil in there with a few sponge filters. And then constantly make 20 min long youtube videos and rave about them. There is no challenge in that.
More creative and ambitious men keep Discus/Tangs/Marine.
No offense to dovii/devil owners.

In all seriousness though, TBs are way more interesting to me. Give em a go, you might like them.
My all time fave fish is my murray cod and he's not even big yet, still a real brute though. My new sleepy cod is kinda cool because it is big and so lazy.
Cant wait for my barra to get huge. Im on the look out for a nice little mangrove jack and saratoga. Cant get enough of the big aussie preds at the moment. Amazing fish!

Didn't say that I don't like Americans. Just that we don't have to conform to a particular set of norms to be considered a "real man".

Fixed!!!!Damn it HAHA... I thought it was cos I was saying I hope the saratoga will be small. I'm a little girly unlike Malawis.
I find people are similar to what animals they keep.
I also consider most American cichlids are the uncouth bullies that will go out of their way to kill their tank mates!
Malawi cichlids are sly & like to hunt their prey down and look awesome doing it!
Of course I'm only joking you uncouth American keeping bullies!
