Lady at work purchased a top of the line tiguan from the dealer brand spanking new and it spent the first 9 months back in the dealerships workshop. Had engine mounts, engine, etc etc replaced. Was an absolute lemon.

Oh really? Mine is a 2013 base model, it's petrol and I get 800+ kms out of a tank. Hasn't missed a beat and I couldn't be happier with it!

Yep hers is 2013 model but sounds like a tractor, so it must be a diesel.

800km from a tank? That's crazy good!

Territory is built in Australia so good luck with it.
One thing Australia does not do well is make reliable top quality cars.
