Might it have been jack related? My jack is the only fish that has driven mystery snails out of the tank with constant harassment.
Ive got mystery snails breeding in most of my tanks... Little Buggers are hard to sell so I usually just dispose of the eggs. Just let the occasional batch hatch.

blue acara, black acara, a neon blue acara and a blue acara decided to spawn too but will kull those, looks like my bolivian butterflys and blue rams wanna spawn too going by the pits eveywhere, i think i need more fry tanks...also got about 200 geo brachy branchus fry in with the adults and their first batch is starting to hit 20mm already

here's a video of the kribs cruising around the tank. fry are really small, so you can't really see them in this video
