Underwater Sillicon

So I got a 3d foam background and some sillicon from my local shop. Got home and read it needs to be dry. But my tank is full. Is there a sillicon that I can use underwater? Was planning on changing half the water so can take a bit of the water out but not all of it.

Juwel conexo is what you need - seals even underwater :)

yer just googled that, they gave me the juwel silexo. oh well guess its back to the shop I go .
