Oh geezus.... whatever happened to peoples decency.
Do people care anymore?
Once upon a time before facebook, this community taught people how to keep fish and look out for the crap in the industry.
But now with so many avenues to buy and sell fish there is so many cowboys selling garbage and the buyer doesnt know any different and then becomes very defensive when they are told that their fish isnt what its meant to be.

You're right, I got too ahead of myself and I apologise to the seller. I guess I was being a bit of a "goody too shoes".

Yeah those yellows cross Mbamba have been on there for a little bit now. Calling them a colony and such, makes you wonder whether they were created in his tanks, or he bought them like that. Lots and lots of hybrids out there right now it seems. I understand how we see the Central American crosses we see being made as people chase the big Asian hybrids they see on the Internet, flowerhorns, red Texas, blood parrots, flower parrots and the like. At least with those, from what I read, the males from the initial crosses are in-fertile. People have to consciously cross again out to another species to a fertile female of the hybrid offspring. So that at least limits their spread on some level. But these, just some random mongrel crossing, then being fertile enough to form a colony which has produced multiple offspring. That's kinda scary to think how many could be out there. It's hard to look over, educate and regulate the hobby these days as there are so many avenues for people to trade with out ever having learnt any better. Unfortunately it's human nature to be curious and as many stores will attest to, consumers always want something new and different to everyone else.
Someone needs to get these and feed them to their p-bass or something...
