I have been talking to steve about a arowana but lack of funds kinda blows that out of the water, and i could sell my possessions and rent out my room to back packers to afford a alligator gar but then what would i do with something that big in 1 years time?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

the sleepy cod can grow around 45cm
so they grow big enough so that when the bara grows to around 100cm that they won't fit in its mouth
sleepy cods are also native
cheers alec

The bream develop a peaking order so the biggest is the leader, but now that the barra is bigger he is the leader (they adopted him as the commander )
Many fish grow huge and we are building a aquaponics system right now that will have a HUGE rain water tank just for fish that will connect to the system (full heated of course).
Also if he gets too big before then everyone on the forum is invited to a big barra cook off it will also be his funeral but i am sure it will be a good one
