If something if difficult to police, the answer is not to legalise. Create better laws.

RICO is an example of where special laws have been successfully employed to combat organized crime. Why not here?

Haha I'm sure everyone would vote for the prime minister who legalises crack and heroine... Plus look at the increas in cigarette prices trying to put people off smoking because it can cause health problems... WOW imagine the medicinal crack prices 10k per fix within no time and bam street dealers re appear.. Atleast the money the government would make could fund afew more mental institutions, prisons and maybe even some sort of government incentive to help families pay for the funerals of everyone that overdoses.

Australia needs stricter laws that's all. For example if you can't pass a drug test why should the government give you dole money you obviously don't need it that bad if you can afford to buy drugs. These days 1 fix of meth is $100 and will be out of your system in a couple days so odds are if they fail the test they use more then once a week...that's a lot of groceries or half the rent. And the money saved on dole payments could fund bigger prisons for the ones who decide to start committing crimes to fund there drug habits. Deport anyone who comes to the country and is charged with serious crimes and trust me that would be a fair few people.

What we need is judges that hand out the maximum penalties and not the minimum all the BLOODY TIME :brickwall:
