im going to start uping the feedings to 7 - 8 feedings a day with the normal daily water changes to try get them at a decent size for auction

Minimum size is 3cm. It's not fair on the fish or the buyer if they are under that size.
They were fish at the last auction that were way under size.
This time round they wIll be held back if they are under size.

im guessing you don't know the growth rate of peacock bass aquatic dreams, they will easierly be over 3cm, but I don't want to sell them under 5cm.
and I would never even think about selling a fish under 3cm anyway

If you can get them to a good 3cm in about 3 weeks, then by all means bring them along
And to answer you, yes I know all about PBass growth rates.
