Not sure if colour feeding is clear.
G for blues and R for red/orange, anything for both?

Super G is just for blue.
Remember, white crane is a tool, and not a genuine nutritious food.
I believe wording on most fish food packaging is misleading and dishonest.
When packaging says color enhancing,,, then it must give relatively fast color with great intensity. (color enhancement).
Whitecrane lives up to this.
All other foods labeled color enhancing,,,,, in my eyes, are not,,,,, They are color promotion foods.
With these foods, females won't color, and males with still only color when they are ready, wether fed this food or not.
Of course a healthier fish being healthy from quality foods will show a bit better color,,, but it's color promotion, not enhancement.

Yes, I have found that too Jas. I feed them alternitive days with flakes one day NLS the next.
I was happy with the colouring collection in the tank now but just looking if using white crane to bring out more vibrant colouring.
So I think I'll go to Vebas and grab some super R and give it a shot.
Thanks guys for your help and feedback on this and especially how to go about it.

Absolutely, betting both my left and right hangers.
Start with, 50% your normal feed and 50% super R for one week.
Then cut back to 20% super R.
Then prepare to be amazed.
It helps with unwanted spawning resulting in crosses in a display tank as breeding ceases during R use, then resumes weeks after the R stops being fed.
Remember one day a week with no food at all.
This fastening should be practiced in all fish keeping situations from breeding to display.
This detoxes the fishes digestive system and let's the biological filtration play catch up.

If this is true, why do people not seem to listen to his clearly qualified and educated advice?
Of course if I am wrong I have clearly been misinformed and apologise as such...

But i do have a question:
Are there any other color enhancing foods with the same intensity as white crane? Available either online or locally?
I'm guessing there's probably a bunch of crazy rubbish from Asia, but I'm meaning something of a similar composition to white crane that you can feed to cichlids on a similar regime and have no adverse effects.

I think if I'm going to try colour feeding I'd rather use something that others one here have tried.
As you can see from this topic, you'll get a good across the board feedback and advice.
I've just noticed my Red Peacock has a mouth full of fry so, is it worth waiting for her to go
full term before starting on White Crane (I know she's not eating during this time) but will this stuff
make her life difficult while carrying?

Cheers Andrew, I'll look into those and see if i can find them.
Does anyone on here have any experience with them?
Does it bring out all colors? Or is it mainly for red?

I'm not sure. I got the stuff from Aquotix, and it brings out the colour in my dragon blood really nice

My experience with Aqua One Cichlid pellets is that they are pretty strong in bringing out colour to the point females do start showing signs of male coloration. That said it never got to full male intensity, more of a dull but identifiable species colour. Males were very nice however after seeing other people's fish that have been fed white crane I can safely say Aqua One does not seem to have such as strong an effect as White Crane...but you will be happy with its performance all the same. I also ceased use shortly after the females started coloring up as I had no intention of gaining this result, I was simply recommended the food as a quality choice for my fish when I first entered the hobby, but maybe if I continued long term they would have ended up closer to full male coloration.
I now feed my fish on NLS and Ocean Nutrition only, full and natural looking coloration without that almost unnatural neon glow I have seen on some people's white crane fed specimens.

No Definetely not.
If white crane is used correctly there I no adverse effects.

Chilli red has a ingredient called astaxanthin,,, this over a long period of time builds up in the fishes body and builds up color in skin and flesh,, (reason for Atlantic salmon fillets are orange pink as fed astaxanthin in diet).
When chilli red food ceases, the color remains for a long time as the colored flesh and skin take ages to resume.
White crane super R has astaxanthin to.

Colours have come really nicely but one thing I've noticed is the aggression is up with a few of them.
Is this a side affect from the first week of just having Super R or just re-working the pecking order?
The colours look awesome but I don't want it coming at the expense of my fish killing each other.
I will be back to feeding them Thera A+ and Flake and just the one feeding Super R a week so I'm hoping they calm down.
