i have just read it (as someone new to the forum) and nearly got a heart attack

so has this threat been avoided (I assume)...

or some kind of override notification saying this is 'ok'

because when you read it, you think its current - would be ok if its 'any old post' but i suppose if its a post like this which pretty much means 'the end of the hobby' - then my opinion is it should come with an update or something. i only later saw its from 2008 - may be its just me

the reason its most likely pinned is because no matter what year we are in.... if people think they can release fish into the rivers and all that and think noones gonna care if they do that this post shows you that you must follow the rules or you could end up as 1 of those people who brought the downfall of the hobby.. fish make that list because they get introduced by people who either dont realise what they are doing or people who dont care...

I think you need to show a bit more care towards keeping our native fish as our native fish and<br />Stopping people dumping them<br />Then blaming those who police these issues imagine the state out country would be in if they didn't police it .., teaching the idiots that dump the fish in rivers and what not would be better use of your time then criticising those doing there<br />Job to protect the habitats of our native fish
