Haha.

Or when you do a huge water change and its all looking good, and as you remove the hose from filling the tank back up  (my Saturday arvo chore), your stingray drops a HUGE turd that smudges on the bottom of the glass

or after doing a 50% w/c on the big tank, gravel vaccumning all the poop, and then one of the stupid fish decided to knock the spray bar off. I then have to take the hood and covers off, switch off the canister, fish out the spry bar, reconnect, switch the filter back on, replace lids and hood, then assume the fetal position and question why I'm interested in this hobby :brickwall:

Or when you have a power head in a display tank that slightly sprays water above the surface but below the lid and then water evaporates so the resistance against the powerhead's jet lowers and the powerhead sprays water all over your TV next to the fish tank.... Broken TV $900 gone lol

or when a big catfish eats a 2' jardini....

then you wake up at 4am to go fishing and your house smells like a sewer because there is a half digested regurgitated jardini floating around.

OR

when you decide to do a late night water change, forget you have put a 2' tank in the backyard, walk into it and end up in hospital with 20 stitches in your leg.

OR

when a big catfish decides to break your overflow box, leaking ~ 200L onto your house floor shorting out your power and you come home to about 10k worth of fish belly up.

Good times.

You do a Saturady W/C, then on Sunday afternoon when you are feeding the fish you notice the tank is cloudy, fish are lethargic... gee the tank is awful quiet... so you open the cabinet and realise that you hadn't plugged the filter, heater and extra water power head back in... Oops...
