Discus Hex?

09 January 2014 - 10:55 PM

Type of fish: Adult Discus
Symptoms: Not Eating for 3 weeks, thought his eyes were a bit bulgy at first but they seemed  fine after a big water change upon noticing, seems to have divets above his eye, never really noticed them before, they could have been there without me knowing, Apart from the 'no eating' this fish seems strangely really healthy looking,  eyes are still really red and the breeding tube appears extended, was moved to a hospital tank last week and treated with Big L, doesn't seem to be worms. hopefully someone with more experience with me can help. I was given some DIMETRONIDAZOLE powder form a few years ago, not sure if this would help

This cardinal eye has almost popped out with the growth, I can visibly see the white-worm like things thru the clear sacs, the fish doesn't seem to be suffering currently, still schooling with the rest, Another Cardinal is showing signs of a bulging eye but no growths as of yet
