Hi all,
I have a few extra large pieces of wood from a planter tank that I have disassembled, plus some unsoaked pieces. It would cost a considerable amount more if you were to buy them from the LFS, and unlikely to find such large pieces. I have groups of 10 small pieces for $20.00

Blake and Barca,
The wood has been sitting out of the tank for a while and has completely dried out. I have just submerged (weighted down) one of the pieces to gauge the amount (if any) of released tannin. From memory it was minimal. I shall let you know. Wood piece number 4 is 1.6m long.

Barca 888,
Wood piece 2 is 1.2m long so would fit in your 5'. I have had one of the thicker pieces soaking now for nearly a week and there is very little tannin being leached, Take $10 off each piece...

Hi all,
I have a new load of wood, ranging from very small to very large pieces available. The pieces are all old, white-ant extruded, and many have excellent character. All wood not sold by this weekend will go to a LFS. Obviously I can't put a price to each piece unless viewed in person.

might be interested in the small pieces of wood, have they been used in a tank, and do they leach(alot). Also can i get a photo of them and some idea of the size, also might be interested in the $70 peice, i would only offer $50 if it could fit in my tank, so can u measure it for me and is it hollow

cheers daniel

Hi Daniel,
I have taken a photo of some of the smaller pieces....the 6th photo. I can't photograph all pieces as there are hundreds of them. They range from a few cms up to 2m. The $70 piece is exceptional, hence the price, and I won't take less for it sorry. Seaview has a nearly identical hollow log at their shop and the price is double what I'm asking. All pieces will leach somewhat, however if you look into some posts on the forums, you will find ways of "dealing" with this.

Daniel,
You need to come and look, I can't take photos of every piece. I'm sure there are suitable pieces here.....there's a trailer load.
