The next ANGFA WA meeting will be at the Rotary Club Hall, Sandgate St, South Perth, Tuesday 20th September 2011, starting @ 8:00pm.
This month's meeting will be hosted by noted WA naturalist Eric McCrum.
Eric has many years experience with the flora and fauna of Western Australia and lectures widely on the subject. His talk, titled The Ecology of Herdsman Lake, will showcase some of the many species of birds, reptiles, aquatic fauna and flora of Lake Herdsman and the lake itself.
PCS members are of course welcome; a gold coin donation would be appreciated to help cover the cost of the hall.

It was an awesome talk, very interesting to hear about the past and current wildlife around the lakes. I particularly enjoyed the bird and frog calls, looking forward to the next one!
